Hi I’m Nicola. I help busy women who are constantly juggling work, family and life's demands but struggle with back, neck, and shoulder pain. My massage treatments ease your tension and discomfort, allowing you to feel relaxed, move more freely, and return to doing the things you love.

I haven’t always been a massage therapist. For years, I was a busy primary school teacher, juggling the demands of the classroom with the even greater demands of family life. But when I turned 40, something shifted. I realised I was running on empty - giving my all to work, with little left for my children or myself.

I wanted to feel more present and more in control of my time. So, I made a big decision: I stepped away from teaching and began the search for something that felt more aligned.

Massage wasn’t something I’d ever really considered - until I booked a treatment for my own back pain. I left feeling not only physically better, but calmer, more present, and more like myself. That experience stayed with me, and I knew it was something I wanted to pursue.

So, I trained as a massage therapist - and I haven’t looked back. Now, I use my experience and understanding to help other women who, like me, are holding everything together and often putting yourself last.

Through massage, I create a space where you can pause, breathe, ease tension, and feel more like yourself again.

When I’m not easing knots in the treatment room, you’ll find me on muddy dog walks, chasing sunsets in our campervan, or experimenting with healthy dinners that (mostly) get the family’s thumbs-up.
