Where we get personal information from

Clients directly, or through our secure online booking system, Cliniko.

How long we keep information

7 years.
In the case of minors, records will be kept for 7 years after they reach the age of 18.

Who we share information with

We use Cliniko as our secure clinic management and online booking system. Cliniko acts as a data processor on our behalf and stores information such as your contact details, appointment information, and health records to manage bookings and treatment notes.

If you book an appointment online, you will be directed to Cliniko’s secure booking platform, which collects your information on our behalf. Cliniko complies with all applicable data protection laws and keeps your data safe.

Payments

If you choose to pay for your appointment online, your payment will be processed securely through Stripe.
We do not store or have access to your full payment card details. Stripe collects and processes payment information on my behalf in accordance with their own privacy policy and data protection obligations.

Sharing information outside the UK

Where necessary, our data processors may share personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, they comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

  • Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal data you think is inaccurate or incomplete.

You don’t usually need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. If you make a request, we have one calendar month to respond to you.
