Cancellation Policy Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full fee.

Payments If you book your appointment online, payment is taken securely at the time of booking through our Stripe payment system. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

If you prefer to book directly with me (for example, by phone, email, or in person), payment will be taken at your appointment.

Inappropriate behaviour Cotswold Therapeutic Massage has a zero tolerance policy to inappropriate behaviour. We reserve the right to terminate a treatment with immediate effect and without refund if the client demonstrates behaviour including but not limited to: intimidation, verbal aggression, physical violence, evidence of intoxication or sexual behaviour. 

​Clients Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or carer during their treatment.

Please note Massage should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment.

Any information or services available throughout or in connection with the website, Facebook, Instagram or at any treatment given by Cotswold Therapeutic Massage, do not constitute medical advice and it is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well for such treatment.
